MK: It’s truly an honor to have you here. Let’s start by delving into your journey with SportiWe. As a director, what motivated you to join your son Varun’s dream project?

NG: SportiWe is a dream project that holds a very special place in my heart. When Varun shared his vision for the company, I was immediately drawn to the idea of empowering people through fitness and wellness. I firmly believe that a healthy mind and body are essential for overall well-being. Varun’s passion and dedication to this cause were infectious, and I knew I wanted to be a part of this impactful venture.

MK: That’s truly inspiring. As a woman in a leadership role within the sports and fitness industry, how do you view the importance of women empowerment in this field?

NG: Women empowerment in the sports and fitness industry is of utmost importance. Historically, there have been barriers and stereotypes that hindered women’s participation in sports and fitness activities. However, times are changing, and it’s heartening to witness more and more women breaking these barriers and excelling in various sports and fitness disciplines.

As a company, SportiWe is committed to promoting gender equality in sports and fitness. We strive to create a safe and inclusive environment for all, encouraging women to pursue their fitness goals without any limitations. Empowering women not only benefits them individually but also contributes to building a stronger and more diverse fitness community.

MK: That’s a powerful message. As we conclude, what advice would you give to young women aspiring to make a mark in the sports and fitness industry?

NG: To all the young women out there, I would say, believe in yourself and your abilities. Don’t let anyone limit your dreams or passions. Pursue what makes you happy and work hard to achieve your goals. Surround yourself with positive influences, mentors, and supportive communities.

Remember that success doesn’t happen overnight. Stay dedicated, stay focused, and never lose sight of your vision. You are capable of greatness, and the sports and fitness industry is waiting for you to make your mark.
